Dr. Gideon For-mukwai is an executive leadership facilitator, author, and international speaker with more than 20 years of experience in crisis management, leadership development, and executive education. Throughout his career, he has trained thousands of leaders—including fire service, law enforcement, naval, search-and-rescue, and emergency management professionals—from more than 25 countries.

For the past eight years, Dr. For-Mukwai has served as an executive leadership facilitator with SkillPath Seminars, helping professionals strengthen their leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.

Drawing on decades of experience working with executives, emergency managers, and organizational leaders across diverse industries, Dr. For-Mukwai is committed to developing leaders who earn trust through character, integrity, and principled leadership.

Most recently, he co-authored a leadership book with serial entrepreneur DR Rawson, introducing the CIC (Character, Integrity, and Credibility™) Initiative. The CIC framework equips today’s leaders to build trust, lead with integrity, and navigate the opportunities and ethical challenges of the AI era with wisdom, accountability, and lasting influence.
